blessed

that is one of the songs on my new simon & garfunkel cd's. it is good. i listen to it a lot.

life is good. i am currently semi-jobless. well, at least until the city processes my finger prints to make sure they don't have some hardened criminal lifeguarding for them this summer. so i just have to wait, which is frustrating because i hate waiting and i hate sitting around.

which is what my summer is amounting to right now. so i am bored. doing lots of reading and watching movies with the sisters. and talking on the phone a lot. all of these things are good. but i want to do more things.

i go to chicago in one week and one day. i am ridiculously excited about this trip. beyond reason excited. that's how good it will be. i promise to post pictures (even though you probably won't know the bride but she'll be gorgeous so you'll like them anyways).

i might go to bed now.
