I get hungry for love and thirsty for life...

I am sitting in the most boring class I have this semester. It's three hours long. It's a rough way to spend Thursday mornings.

Tomorrow I will leave for a week-long break. I will visit Roskamps and my family. It will be good. Maybe there will be pictures.

As I've mentioned before I am currently journeying through the initial stages of the CRC ordination process.

This coming Tuesday night I will meet with the church council of my church in Sioux Falls. I need their endorsement in order to continue on into the ordination process. They've never had to deal with the women in office issue before. I ask for prayers. For me. For the men on the council. For the church. I'm a bit nervous about the meeting.

I've rediscovered my love for Jason Mraz, particularly his latest album, which is a recording of a live concert in Chicago. A dear friend was at that concert (and I saw him on the DVD included with the album). It's great.
