It's definitely cheaper. I had to buy the vodka and the instant coffee, but that wasn't huge. And really, I'm not going to use the instant coffee for much else.
It's not as sweet as Kahlua - there is definitely more of a coffee bite to it. And it's stronger than regular Kahlua, which I may or may not have learned the hard way... :)

also, i saw the meijer sugar in the first picture and felt sad. i miss meijer.
