this morning, i could hear birds chirping outside my window. and i'm not wearing a coat or a scarf. spring is coming. it's beautiful.
i'm headed to michigan to visit the roskamps. justine and i are driving together, along with a few others who are getting dropped off on the way. it should be lovely.
i love long drives - both with people and by myself. i love being able to turn up my music and singing along loudly, or simply quietly sitting and thinking. it's sunny today too, so hopefully it stays the way the whole drive.
and hopefully we don't go through chicago at rush hour.
